Privacy Notice

Information collected by website cookies and trackers
Cookies and trackers on the Accounts Projects website are being kept to a minimum and your consent to them is assumed when you continue to browse and interact.
Accounts Projects uses software with features such as live chat, chatbots, website visitor tracking and website analytics. The map embedded on the Contact page is provided by a third party.

Personal information that you actively share with Accounts Projects
Personal information includes your name, your business name, and the contact details that you share, such as address(es), email address(es), phone number(s), social media handle(s) and web URL(s).
If we agree to work together, you are likely to be asked to provide identification documentation to help Accounts Projects fulfil its anti-money laundering obligations as an accountancy service provider.
Special categories of personal data and criminal offence data are not collected.

How and why personal information is collected
Accounts Projects only offers services that depend on personal interaction, and the contact details that you provide in conversations, emails, on webforms and via social media channels will facilitate this.
Any content that may be of general interest will be shared on the Accounts Projects website and social media channels. Email newsletters will not be created and distributed to multiple recipients.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties, unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

How personal information is stored
Accounts Projects uses a suite of online software products provided by a single vendor, Zoho, primarily to minimise the need for your data to be integrated between multiple products and jurisdictions.
Zoho is distinctive for its attitude to data privacy, explicitly not embedding advertising in its products or selling user information to third parties. UK data is hosted in their Netherlands and Ireland data centres.
Accounts Projects will delete your data from these systems when records relating to our work together are no longer relevant, or upon request providing such records would no longer be subject to review.
